Official: Ben White extends with Arsenal

England defender Ben White is expected to extend his contract with Arsenal, according to reports.

Ben White joined Arsenal from Brighton in the summer of 2021. Since then, the Englishman has scored two goals and provided five assists in 88 appearances for the big club.

The 25-year-old’s contract runs through the summer of 2026.

But now transfer journalist Ekrem Konur states that the defender – who can play at centre-back and right-back – is expected to extend his deal with Arsenal.

However, it is unclear how long the new contract will be.

White has three caps for England to his credit. He has also played for clubs such as Leeds Untied, Peterborough and Newport County.

Key player Martin Ödegaard, 24, is also reported to be very close to an extension with Arsenal.
